There are have been recent revolutions in the online gaming circle. Usually, games are about fantasies, adventure, and fighting. No one has ever dared to create an arena where the basis are things in the real world. It would be rare to see such games. I was surprised and excited to find a virtual stock market arena. It is a place on the Net where you can learn to trade in the stock market, and even get a chance to compete for prizes. It has a more professional feel to it, and would surely be a big help to gain knowledge about the stock market without taking the risk of getting it it first.
Am just a simple person with simple needs, and uncomplicated wants. Although, my life seem to have reflected everything that is not simple, and everything that is complicated. It just proves that life itself can never be simple, and it is going to be complicated at one point or another. It takes a lot of help from those around you to realize the simple needs and uncomplicated wants that you may have.

An Unusual Online Arena
I have been hanging around the Internet for quite some time now, and I admit that I started here because of online games. I also got hooked with chat, but my first love here was the online multiplayer arena. I have seen a few types of games: puzzles, adventure, and even role playing. With an abundance of new online gaming arenas out there, it's no wonder people get hook on the Internet.

Little Big Thing
With the recent announcement of NAMCO to go for the multi Next Gen Console market with Tekken; I have tried to turn my attention to other factors that would make me go either way. Of course the choices are a PS3 or an Xbox 360. Can't really afford both, so I need to choose wisely.
I've heard and read about the pros and cons on both sides; and frankly, Tekken 6 was the only driving factor for me back then. I wouldn't really care about the other games, since my kids are content with the Wii; I needed to have something for my own. As a serious gamer, I find a lack of serious titles to go on with the Wii. It's probably just the difference in game play, since the Wii is more of a family or group oriented console. I've recently tried the new NBA Live 2009 on the Wii, and I got really bored with it. I may come back to it next time, but the odd thing is that I enjoy the Monkey Ball Banana Blitz game over it.
Anyways, I've recently caught a glimpse of something that would potentially tip me back to the PS3. Aside from the recent article that I read about ease of memory upgrade for the PS3, I also got curious about the new exclusive title Little Big Planet. It's a unique and new game where you can immerse yourself in your own world. You define the rules, and you define the gameplay. This I find interesting in that it could so much fun. Aside from a very high rating from IGN, this game looks like a brand new classic in the making. I'm now convinced that I would definitely be getting a PS3 soon.

Tekken 360???
I've been thinking of late to grab my very own PS3 because of 2 major factors. One factor was to have a nice Blu-ray player. As PS3 is a next generation game console, I had wanted to hop into the craze. It's been a while since I've thought of getting one for myself.
You see, I already have a Wii; but it's not really what you would call a next-gen console. Besides the kids are the ones enjoying it more than me. The games that we have are really for family fun. I tried to satisfy my thirst for fighting games with the Bleach game, but it wasn't that good for me. I am a more serious Tekken fan, and it's one of those things that make me decide to go for a console. I actually bought my second PS2 last time for Tekken 5, but eventually given it up to my siblings.
Anyways, when the news about a Tekken 6 version for the Xbox 360 came out, I was deeply saddened. The fact that Tekken has stayed exclusive with Sony's Playstations (except for Tekken GBA) has made me stick to the side of the PS3 on any argument about next-gen consoles. When they first announced that Tekken was one of the titles exclusive to the PS3, I was already bent on getting one for myself. But of course, when Namco had delays with releasing the much awaited game; I just put my plans on hold for a while.
I was already thinking of getting a PS3 a few weeks back, for the simple reason that the new Soul Caliber game came out. Of course, it came out for both the 360 and PS3; but it was a choice between Darth Vader on the PS3 and Yoda on the 360. I would pick the cool bad guy anytime.
Anyways, I guess with Tekken it's not going to be a simple choice. I'm gonna have to find more reasons to keep my choice. I'll just have to wait and see some more.

Fair Play
I always see online casino sites as a boys playground. I've always thought that it was unfair to the ladies to be in these sites. These sites after all are dominated by money grabbing gentlemen. Well, I don't think this would be true now since I've found out that a few of my lady friends get fair play in a dedicated site.
The site www.888ladies.com offers fair play for all the ladies out there. They have all the usual games that a girl would want in an online casino. So what are you waiting for. The doors are open for fair play, and it's just about time.

The Big Deal
The only real money on the casino players is on their hands-gold rings, tags and rolexes. You can’t see the cash but you sure as hell can hear it - a clack, clack that never stops. That’s sounds of $1.3 million in chips, and it won’t cease until one player has them all. There are hundreds of people vying to be that player. They’ve paid to buy their way into the annual Aussie Millions “No Limit Hold ‘Em” Championship at Crown Casino in Melbourne last 2004. For three days Las Vegas Room will be full of some toughest gamblers in the world, but apart from their habit of wearing caps and sunglasses indoors, they’re unremarkable. In poker, according to my source, everything happens below the surface. I remember an online casino player nickname “Erik23″, where he turned US$50 into US$2.5 million in just two years. No Limit texas Hold ‘Em is the game of choice at the millions. The rules are simple, but you won’t win unless you can read. Reading is the game behind the game. It’s more than just the ability to tell when an opponent’s bluffing; it’s reading body language and betting patterns to tell which cards they have. Bad players don’t have it and never will. For the best players it’s a sixth sense sharpened over millions of hands. If you make a bad read, you’ll know about it. No-one reaches the final table without betting their whole stack (”going all-in”) many times. Bluff can or call on the wrong one and it’s the end of your tournament. Online casino like poker great once described it as “hours of boredoom shadowed by moments of terror”, and my source is right.

Monkey Ball
Since the day I bought our Wii my kids and I spent most of our time on it at home. They easily learn how to play on it and they enjoy with it very much. Wii sports game is the first game we have because it was included in the package but we only have one controller so for now we need to play by turn. Just recently I bought a new game for my small boy because as I observed he really loves to play this Monkey ball game with our game boy. He keeps on bothering me to play with it and he will just watch. Very clever boy and he knew how to used game boy at his age of 2. So I decided to buy monkey ball for Wii and as expected he really love watching his brothers because he doesn't know how to play with Wii yet! The problem he is blocking the sight of his bros which make the game don't work. Another trouble between my boys. Like father like sons'. Planning to buy another game the super mario party and another conroller too.
Mjay, a serious gameboy player at the age of two.
and this is our new game console Wii.

The Gaming Dilemma part 1.
Well, it's been a while since I've written something sensible here. So, welcome back to myself. Apologies to my readers, am just going to turn up my geek meter and talk about technology. My topic for today is games, and gaming flat forms in general.
Gamers nowadays are bombarded with a whole lot of choices for gaming flatforms. Theres just too many choices, but each may suit a particular lifestyle or attitude.
You have the traditional arcade games, which are still quite popular. They have always been the starting point for most of the popular fighting games out there (e.g. Tekken, Virtua Fighter, Soul Caliber, DOA, etc). It’s most often the springboard for sports games (e.g. Virtua Tennis, etc.). And off course, some of the popular race games come out here first. This suits the lifestyle of those who prefer to be on the move and would love the challenge of a stranger. Arcade is very hands on, and very interactive. You don't only interact with the games, but with other players as well.
I myself have been very fond of arcade games. Since I've discovered fighting games back when I was younger, I have never stopped visiting the nearest arcade game shop. Tekken is now my game, but I've also had my fill of a few other arcade favorites (e.g. Soul Caliber, Gundam, Virtua Tennis, Time Crisis, etc).
The next choice up in the ladder is console games. Well, you have a whole range of choices here as well. You can have the older generation consoles, which include the PS One, and Game Cube. By the way, am not going to consider taking about the Family computer, Sega Saturn, or even the Atari here. I consider those to be classics, and when I say classic; it should be left in museums or antic shops. They are to reverred, but I don't think you would still want to play them on your Full HD LCD TV. Then you have a much recent bunch of consoles such as the PS2, and XBox. And then finally, the next generation consoles which include the PS3, the XBox 360, and ever so popular Wii (am just wondering when I'll be able to go to a gamig shop, and get a Wii off the shelf). Games here are so entertaining and most often are design towards a fun group play. Well, you can also play solo. But the enjoyment comes in fun with friends or family members. It has a more personal appeal than the arcade since you play this at home.
Well, I'll have to stop here for now. In the next part, I'll be talking more about the other choices for a gaming lifestyle. See ya!!!
